Rachel was Terrific. She is calm, very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. She guided us on what we had to do after the buyers inspection and offered names of providers who could take care of those issues. She was very responsive and kept us informed on all the things we needed to know throughout the process. I would not hesitate to use Rachel again for any real estate needs I have. And the most important part was our listing went live on a Friday around 5PM and on Sunday we had a verbal offer and then a written offer on Monday morning. So our house sold in 3 days.
