Within two days of being on the market, we had five offers on our house, and a ratified contract shortly thereafter. All thanks to Rachel! My husband and I met Rachel at an open house in 2009, and she helped us to purchase our first home. During that process, Rachel was extremely responsive and accommodating, and I knew that if we ever sold our home, I wanted her to be our realtor. Well that time came along in the summer of 2018, and we reached out to Rachel right away. Rachel helped us to sell our townhouse, and to purchase a new home that we love. She is a joy to work with, and she works very hard. On both the buyers and sellers end of the transactions, Rachel was always following up and making sure that things were moving along (I can't say the same of some of the agents on the other end of those transactions!). She helped guide us on what we needed to do to get our townhouse ready to put on the market, down to helping us stage the house (including spreading mulch herself!). Rachel did a great job marketing our home, and we had about 15 showings in less than 48 hours, and ended up with five full-price offers. As happens in real estate transactions, everything hasn't been 100% smooth, but luckily we have been able to trust that Rachel will take care of it. Even post-closing, there have been some hiccups, and Rachel has been in constant contact with all the parties involved - the job is never done.
