I am a transplant from New York. I came to Oregon alone with no clue what the real estate market and laws would be like while my family stayed in New York to wrap things up. Rachel helped me feel not so alone while going through this process. She explained terms and laws to me in a way that I understood. She went above and beyond for me and my family. We will always be grateful for her help and will definitely seek her out again when it's time to move.

Contracting a home prior to breaking ground proved to be a bit of a challenge for us. Rachel was our assigned agent and proved to be really valuable throughout the entire process. She kept us informed and up to speed on how things were going. She had our best interest in mind while working with the contractor and seller's real estate agent to ensure things were done to our standards. She was very professional and friendly to work with even during those times we were frustrated and stressed. I would say her communication, knowledge and professionalism were all 5 stars!
