Rachel was wonderful to work with in selling my home. She is very knowledgeable and did a great job of marketing the house. After the first weekend, we had 6 offers for the house. And because of how she marketed the house, the other realtors knew there was competition, so all the offers were good. Rachel was always available if I had any questions and was quick to handle anything that would come up. She was also personable. Always asking how the kids were and not wanting to inconvenience them with a showing. I was always given plenty of time when people were going to come by for a showing. Everything went smooth from the time we talked about putting the house on the market through closing. Rachel came and met with me before we put house on the market and explained the process and brought a bunch of analysis of everything from things to do to get the house ready to why we are asking the price we are asking. Rachel is outstanding!
