In 2020 I worked with Rachel to buy a new home in Providence, and sell my "old" one in Boston. Rachel was very knowledgeable about both markets and really great to work with. She helped me find painters and stagers to make my Boston sale a success, and also worked with me manage a stressful closing process. I would definitely recommend her again!
We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Rachel! Rachel and her entire team went above and beyond to ensure that our home was sold and that we found the home of our dreams! She was professional and handle everything with ease. We would absolutely use Rachel and the rest of the Jones group again!
We were so grateful for Rachel's help! We were first time home-buyers, and really appreciated Rachel's advice and guidance throughout the process. She has continued to be such an incredible resource for us, providing recommendations for contractors and chimney experts to help us with our new home.
In 2019 we sold our Dad’s house. Rachel and the Jones Group were wonderful to work with. From pricing the house, to marketing it, through the entire process to closing, her skill and knowledge were readily apparent. Rachel was competent, thorough, and professional throughout our entire experience. We were very happy with the outcome and final sale price. Due to Rachel’s understanding and demeanor, an emotional time in our family’s life was made so much easier for us to navigate.
Rachel is not only professional, but present and personable as well. Shes honest, respectful, realistic and genuinely caring. She takes pride in her work and everything she does, and is truly one of the hardest working individuals I know. I’ve known Rachel for over 20 years now, and there’s no one I’d trust more to be in my corner when making such important, life altering decisions like buying a home!
Rachel was a pleasure to work with! Looking forward to doing business with her in the future!
Who rocks? Rachel and the Jones group! Knowledgeable, professional, responsive, kind, and a very fun to be around group! Rachel helped us sell our home quickly and locate a home in a very competitive market. Wow, just wow! I can’t say enough about our extremely positive experience. This is the team you need if you plan to buy or sell! Thanks Rachel and the Jones group! ??
Rachel and her team were fantastic! They offered a great marketing by package that advertised my home across multiple avenues. She kept us updated along the entire process and was very accessible. Would definitely recommend her to sell your house!

Rachel was incredible! As first time home buyers, we were looking for someone to assist throughout the entire process, and Rachel always took the time to explain everything to us.
