Can't say enough about RachelJones Real Estate, but I'll give it a shot.....Rachel and her team not only staged and sold our home in Saunderstown in less than two weeks, they went above and beyond. First of all, the buyers were located in Japan, so Rachel and her team were communicating and negotiating with the buyers agent and attorney, while dealing with time zone challenges and delayed responses from the buyers. This caused multiple rounds of revised documents. Next, as we had to replace the existing septic field, Rachel had to convince the nervous buyers that it was acceptable to close prior to replacing the septic system while holding funds in escrow. Without Rachels efforts, this would have impacted our ability to close on our new home in North Carolina, causing us increased costs for temporary living and higher interest rate on our new home. Rachel and her team did not stop there, as she monitored the progress of the septic system project to completion, promptly communicating to all parties. As a result, we quickly received the excess escrow funds within days of the completed septic system. If your looking for a real estate team that is unmatched in service and dedication, Rachel Jones and her team is the only choice. We are forever grateful that Rachel and her team made our "journey" to the coast of North Carolina possible.

Rachel is fantastic! We're first-time homebuyers, and we recently closed on our first home. Rachel and her team made the process very easy, streamlined, and efficient. She is also very tech savvy and made it easy for us to shop for a home from afar. She was a good negotiator too and also had a lot of nice referrals to other parties available (lenders, attorneys, inspectors, etc).
