We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Rachel. She was always available to answer questions and was also able to help me find the right mortgage company for us.

We sold our house quickly with good news each step of the way through to closing! Ms. Frayre handled our contract and special conditions expertly and is very knowledgeable. She was able to answer our questions when they arose, some which were complex, and worked with the buyer and title company to ensure we hit our closing date. The transaction is complete and we're happy!

Rachel was very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She went above and beyond ti make the stressful experience of home shopping as pleasant as possible. We Highly recommend Rachel.
