Rachel is the realtor to have in El Paso. I have owned over 10 properties and Rachel is by far the best realtor we have ever had. She has been our realtor with several houses and she just gets better every time. We had a 1.1 million dollar home and we thought it was going to be on the market for a while because of the price and we asked her how long she thinks it will take her to sell it and she said 3 months, she sold it in 2 months and somehow she always negotiate in our favor as well. She did open houses weekend after weekend until we had a buyer. She helped us with everything, I think of her as a one stop real estate shop! She got us a cleaning crew when we moved out, she had an electrician and general contractor that helped us with the house repairs and we are renting her Airbnb till we can move into our new house. Rachel also knows the market very very well, and she knows the answers to all our questions and concerns. She is very experienced and definitely the realtor anyone should have in their corner.
