She assembled an incredible team (our mortgage broker and attorney) who worked exhaustively on every part of the process, so we didn't have to stress about every little detail (and this sale was pretty complicated, but her team made it feel so easy for us on our end). The communication was SO efficient, and clear--I honestly don't know what we would have done without the effort of this team. And also, most importantly, Rachel is delightful to work with. She's friendly, approachable, skillful in negotiations, patient, and intuitive. I could go on.
