As first time home-buyers, we had NO clue what we were doing until we found Rachel. We had some VERY unusual and strict parameters in what we were looking for (multilevel work/live space, in a particular neighborhood, within a pretty tight budget--basically, a unicorn of real estate!) but she was incredibly diligent and persistent in her search. ...And she found *the* perfect place for us, remarkably fast. From beginning to end, she helped us with every step, every question, every concern. She assembled an incredible team (our mortgage broker and attorney) who worked exhaustively on every part of the process, so we didn't have to stress about every little detail (and this sale was pretty complicated, but her team made it feel so easy for us on our end). The communication was SO efficient, and clear--I honestly don't know what we would have done without the effort of this team. And also, most importantly, Rachel is delightful to work with. She's friendly, approachable, skillful in negotiations, patient, and intuitive. I could go on. It makes a huge difference to work with someone who is actually listening to your needs, and has your back. She's simply the best, she made our dream of homeownership come true!
