This was my first time selling a house, and Rachel made it easy and stress free! She came prepared with every bit of information that put everything I needed to know into perspective. She was happy to answer any and all questions I had in a way I could easily understand. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, what could be done to maximize your dollar, and what you can expect from the very first step to closing. She gave me very helpful advice and tips to help me get the best start into the process. Her communication was amazing! She updated me as soon as she had the updates herself, and I was never left out of the loop. I could not have asked for a better experience!

I was in the navy and have move several times and worked with several real estate agents in at least 3 different states. The one thing that stands out is the work. She was able to navigate several obstacles, between working with the VA, a rapidly changing post-Covid housing market, a tight budget and a pretty picky wife and mother-in-law (the husband was great… and not just because he was the one writing the review). But the moral of the story is eveytime something came up it was met with positive attitude and solid advice. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in northwest Ohio. Period.

Rachel was on top of everything with the purchase of our home. She helped get everything in order for us to be able to get stuff done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
