Rachel provided names and numbers of professionals (carpet, paint, make-ready, etc.) so we could prepare the house for sale. She even provided options so we wouldn’t have to take time off work to meet vendors at the house. She kept in constant communicated with us and worked extremely hard to keep the sale moving forward.
