Started our journey with Rachel coming from out of state. Anticipated move about a year in advance. Shortly after a local job interview, we started looking for housing. Rachel was there from the beginning showing us the community and listening and observing closely about our wants and needs. Perfect match when she found the builder for our Project for a semi-custom home. Walked us through every step of the way and was present during most aspects of designing and initial build. Without her assistance, our dream home would have been difficult to achieve remotely. This is our 3rd home purchase and to be honest, I was never sure why most realtors deserved the commission they were paid. Rachel went above and beyond every traditional thought of what a realtor should do. I’ve never worked with such an exceptional realtor who communicated well, at all times and days of the week. Very organized and anticipated many mishaps before occurring. She also gave us community planning ideas outside the purchase of our home and helped facilitate a smoother transition for our move. Working significant hours around the sell, she cracked down on the builder, mortgage officer and much more for us. 10/10 would hire Rachel and her zealous representation again.
