What an impressive experience this was. From the start the expertise Rachael and Donna had in knowing the value of an acreage property, showcasing that value in the listing was impressive. The market activity brought several offers in which I relied on their repesentation to navigate through each counter offer. The end result was finding a great buyer and selling the property in a short time without going through a price reduction. The work ethic of this team is awesome! They set up property showings and answered all agents questions while continually keeping me in the loop on interested buyers. In this market these are the Realtors you need representing you.

Rachael was incredible in our home buying experience. She not only found us our dream home, but got it at our asking price with closing costs covered in a seller’s market. This was after our initial offer was rejected. She had the connections and knowledge we needed. We asked for a lot needing room for a family of eight near schools, freeways, and with no HOA or CCR’s. She delivered and got us all that and more! She truly cares about your family’s needs and wants. We are forever grateful for her help in making us proud home owners. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and makes you a priority with your best interest at heart then I highly recommend her.

Rachael was super patient with all of the negotiations and addendums that were required to close the deal. It wasn't easy for any of us to get through all of the hoops but Rachael was consistent with her professionalism and got the job done.

Rachael was an instrumental part of a team the expertly guided us through the process of selling our residence and purchasing a new home. Rachael compiled a packet with local comparisons to my home and noting what was a like an/or different. She was always patient in listening to my numerous questions and always having or getting an answer. Rachael allowed me to be involved in the asking price, when to list/show at my discretion and convenance. Rachael was prompt in getting a photographer for listing. She stayed in touch on a regular basis presenting me with a choice of offers and allowing me to choose. Rachael however again had answers on my questions as to what would be involved with each potential buyer. It was a fast and comfortable process.
