What's more fun than shopping for a new car or searching for a new home?? Hmmm....maybe childbirth or a hernia operation! But, to make this house-hunting trip a great experience, I was fortunate to find Rachael as my realtor! I visited from Colorado on my second house-hunting trip to this area, thinking I was totally prepared to find and purchase a home in Florida. I thought I had lodging and transportation set up, had made all the financial arrangements, and had provided my realtor with the criteria I was looking for in a new home. Best laid plans.......lol. Started working with Rachael and found out my cell phone didn't work well in Florida, so I only received voicemails/text when I was close to a cell tower! But Rachael "put up with" this issue and found ways to keep in touch. Then when I needed to wire money from my financial institution in Colorado I found they wouldn't do the transfer unless I made the request in person. Again, Rachael helped me work around the issue by setting up an account with a Partner Credit Union in the local area. I can't say enough good things about the help and guidance she provided me during this endeavor! She is a great person as well as a knowledgeable and talented realtor. I was looking for a home for myself, but needed the "female input" to make me think about some issues I probably would have overlooked on my own.....the female view, such as color scheme, kitchen set up, etc! She graciously offered to provide that input, making me think about some things I probably wouldn't have considered on my own. I could go on and on about the great experience I had, but all that needs to be said is that she and her office would be my first choice if needed again......and the Carroll Team would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a qualified and professional Realty Team!!

Rachel did an excellent job in helping us find our property and we would highly recommend her to assist any buyers or sellers of property in Vero Beach. She did more than we asked and always went out of her way to assist us. Simply the best!!!!!
