Rabia Batah is a full-time real estate agent and an Accredited Staging Professional®. She has a keen eye for detail and completion of tasks honed through her BA in Accounting, Masters in Business Administration, and 16 years as a bookkeeper. Making the leap into real estate allows her to implement her analytical approach and logical reasoning in business to each of her client’s transactions. Rabia speaks English and Arabic fluently, with a decent background in French. She came from overseas to the United States 24 years ago and is proud to consider herself a “Delawarean” as this state was where she established her life and family. It has become her lovely second home in every aspect. By moving from her country, Rabia deeply understands what it takes and how it feels to make such a big decision in life. She would genuinely love to put her utmost experience and knowledge in the service of those who would be transitioning to or from Delaware. Her goal is to help her clients in their real estate transaction by engaging them with a smooth and enjoyable process. Rabia is a family-oriented person, enjoying time with her husband, kids, and her precious mom who lives with them. When it comes to buying a house, its a very invested decision to make and you could be driven by emotions, instinct or just a motivated buyer. Whatever your drive is, without a doubt, Saeed is your one stop shop. He's an encyclopedia and I don't know how he does it, but staying humble is not everyone's forte, but he is always there for you. In all aspects of purchasing your house from helping you select a lender/attorney/inspection company/contractors... you name it. He has a great team who looks out for one another. Rabia, Adelline covered for Saeed and to the day of closing they were always there for me. I've found new friends, in my journey of becoming a home owner and will cherish this relation for a lifetime. Thanks Saeed. You rock..!!

From our experience and without any exaggeration

From our experience and without any exaggeration.. Rabia was helping us with our home search for the last 3 years. She toured and showed us about 20 properties, and prepared at least 9 offers for us, but our affordability and choices were always limited. Now and with Rabia’s hard work, we have finally bought our dream home! She was indeed, extremely patient and also very generous with her assistance and advice . In all those years, she always had a welcoming and continuous smile on her face, and gave us all the time to explain and answer every question we had. Rabia was so perfectionist from the beginning of our home purchase process till the end. I will tell all my friends about Rabia so she would be their realtor in the future.
