Thinking of owning a home was just a dream, but one day we reached out to our personal friend/realtor, Quy Do to show us a home in LKWD. After seeing it, we were kind of scared (normal feelings of getting into a huge commitment). Being in the mortgage industry for over 22 years, I was now that borrower questioning, seeking and wanting to know what were the best option and where would we wanted to live. We then started to look at the OC area where we were currently living. Quy was so patient and took us to see a handful of homes. It opened up this list of pros and cons, what we really liked or didn’t like, along with which neighborhood was best suited for us. Along the process we found out we were expecting our first child. That now changed everything. Looking for a home wasn’t just for us, but it was an opportunity to look at what was best for our growing family. We were almost ready to give up and considered going back to renting another property as the market/properties got a little crazier to even view or make offers. One day we got this call from Quy asking us to drop what were doing and to meet him in LWKD to see a home he thought would be perfect for our growing family. He was right, it was perfect to see all of the opportunities this home would give us. It was a pocket listing to top it off and never made it on the market. We were able to make our first offer and it got accepted!!! The process and communication with the seller and the selling agent was amazing!!! Going back to that feeling of being scared went away. With confidence, full of details and hand holding from all parties, we felt at ease that we made the best decision for our family. I would and will recommend Quy to all of my family and friends. We will definitely be calling him for future properties and/or investments in the near future.
We had the pleasure of working with Quy to buy our first home. From the first showing we knew we picked the right person to begin this journey with. We could tell he really cared about us finding the right home because of the questions he asked us and the detailed insights he provided during our showings. When it came time to negotiate or push the process along everything went smoothly. Our escrow was contingent upon the seller finding a home, which could have been very challenging, but it wasn’t.
