If you want an agent who is smart, down to earth, truly caring and patient, Quy is your guy! This was mine and my husband's first home purchase, so naturally, it was a big deal. The process was intimidating, but Quy walked us through everything and took the time to answer all of my 1001 questions! Lol. He was readily available to see houses we wanted to look at. We also knew that would have to get somewhat of a fixer for the location and setup we wanted and let me tell you, Quy has a great deal of knowledge on build/construction and great eye for design and gave us great pointers on what we could do to the fixers we looked at. Never once did I feel like he was trying to get us to purchase without being 10000% sure. When we found a house that we fell in love with, Quy built up a nice rapport with the seller’s agent and even though we went up against an all cash offer, we eventually got the house and I believe it was due to the rapport they had. The sellers needed a fast 14 day escrow and since we are also strictly self-employed, the process of buying was more complicated. But Quy and his team were great and not only did we close on time, we also got 33k in seller credits back! It covered all of our closing costs and got us into a great rate buy-down program. He wasn’t afraid to negotiate the heck out of things for us. We are so pleased with him, his services and how the transaction went down. After the purchase, he’s still answering my 1001 questions! The market was so competitive when we first bought our home. We wanted to give up because we kept getting overbid. We then started to stir the other directions and was ready just to settled for any home at this point but Quy stirred us back and reminded us to continue to keep searching for what we wanted in the beginning. Quy broke the mold of what we considered a realtor to be. He knew Long Beach like the back of his hand and it showed us how proud he was to help us find a house in our budget, in this city. As soon as we requested to view a home, he would reply with a quick text to let us know he was on it and sure enough, the date and times were set at our convenience.
