Mary knows the market very well. She always was professional with us and our questions about the houses we saw. I know at times it was hard since we lost a lot of bids. But in the end I truly believe we got the perfect house. Thank you Mary for working with us it truly was an amazing experience. I will highly recommend her to any future home buyer.
I was very impressed by Mary’s knowledge of the community and of the current residential real estate market in the town. Her experience as obvious and she offered me options about showings, advertising, inclusions and exclusions. Mary listened carefully to my preferences and followed through on everything she promised. The house sold quickly at asking price. My selling experience with Mary Braatz as my realtor was pleasant and successful.
Mary Braatz was a pleasure to work with. Her service throughout the process was fantastic. The listing pictures turned out so good that the condo sold in days for full price!

We’ve worked with Many since we bought our first home 30 years ago. Mary is the real deal, competent, professional, patient and helpful.
Mary, Thank you so much for your help in selling this property. You have been patient and kind throughout this entire process, and I really appreciate it! Your expertise, professionalism and understanding have made this a smooth transaction, even in the face of many difficulties.
Mary held my hand through a difficult situation with a rental property. She provided her expertise and offered advice to make the sale go smoothly. The property was listed and CLOSED in less than 30 days!
Mary has extensive market knowledge and savvy in the western suburban markets. She is personable and cheery at all times
We just had our first experience selling a house and Mary was just the best. She was very thorough in explaining everything that was required by us, she listened to our concerns and what we wanted in terms of dates for listing and closing. She had very good people working with her (the photographer, her recommended attorney). Mary has a lot of experience and she answered all of our questions very promptly. Her knowledge of the market, the pricing of our house, the handling of all of the showings and offer, everything was done well, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I would highly recommend Mary!
Mary was the listing agent for the sale of our house in Downers Grove. We accepted an over list offer less than a week after the house was listed. In all there were 23 showings and 4 offers. We appreciated the way that Mary presented our house in the listing. Pictures were well lit. They presented the house and especially the yard in an appealing way. She described the house, yard, and neighborhood location very positively yet honestly. Feedback indicated that we were priced appropriately. Mary was quick to respond to our emails and questions. We appreciated her wisdom in the advice she gave regarding some unique issues of our home. She knew and understood the current market. This was reflected in the advice she offered in the selection of the offer to accept. She also walked with us well thru the closing process. We highly recommend Mary to anyone wishing to list their home, especially in Downers Grove.
I worked with Mary twice in the past two years- once to purchase my home, and then once again to sell that home when my life too a big turn. Mary was wonderful both times! She did a great job helping me understand the process and she was very efficient and easy to work with!
