Not only was he helpful in suggesting updates that needed to be made to maximize the selling price, he also put me in contact with contractors who could do the work. He was also very patient for seven or eight months while we actually did the work and fixed up the house. After the work was done Greg was able to sell my mom's house in only eight days. Greg was terrific, super knowledgeable and a good listener. His steady energy and good cheer held up through 6 months of this house being on the market. He made numerous helpful suggestions, was always encouraging and available on short notice, and he even walked me through a small sump-pump emergency by telephone when he was on vacation. The one thing I wish I had done differently is have the house inspected myself so that I had a better idea of what needed fixing and a better idea of how to price the house. As it was, we had to drop the price twice which, in a still hot market, didn't feel good. I recommend Greg warmly to anyone.
