When it came time to sell our first home we loved for 32 years, Greg was a wealth of information and insight of what we owned and how to maximize our sale price. After 32 years all homes need a little TLC, and mine was no exception. Through his expertise in the building industry he was able to recommend local professionals to provide quotes and great service where needed. And no, it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. In the end, we were offered more than we were asking for. And just like the closing of our new home, the selling and closing of our old home was seamless. If I ever have to recommend a realtor to anyone, it’ll be Greg Hanner.

The same day I talked to Greg, he went to the property and did a video walkthrough so we could get a better view of the property. He then gave recommendations for a loan agent and other people throughout the process. We were able to get through the buying process within a week of actually moving to the area to minimize time in hotel. I would definitely go back to Greg in the future.

Gregory was amazing from start to finish. He compiled great lists for us to browse thru and whenever I found a listing he hadn’t included he usually had great info on why it didn’t make the list, or else he found out about it to answer all our questions. We were very open to houses that needed some work and Gregory was able to explain the scope of different renovation scenarios and knew contractors of all sorts. But best of all, when we fell in love with and decided to buy an extremely old house (modern homes are Gregory’s expert specialty) Gregory ALSO knew the very best contractor for the renovation of antique/vintage homes. He recommended the most thorough and forthright home inspector AND the mortgage broker that perfectly suited our needs. Every recommendation he made worked out miles better that our expectations. Gregory is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, which was wonderful, but more amazing still was that he was as accommodating and tireless working with us as if he were a close friend or family member. We are extremely happy with our new home and I truly cannot imagine having accomplished it without him. I cannot recommend Gregory Hanner highly enough.

He was careful and thorough to tweak the ad for accuracy and went into each platform to make adjustments for each website to ensure superior performance.
