Greg is an ultimate professional. Truly, we could have not done this whole house search thing without him. Anyone who gets Greg to be their agent will be not only lucky but privileged to know him. Greg was super available, patient, going over videos with us late on Saturday night, explaining positive/negative things about the property, area, schools, absolutely everything. His knowledge is unparalleled: he would review house conditions, electric issues, anything he may see is out of order. He just knows so much about houses that no other agent can provide. As a first time home buyer, buying a house felt a bit overwhelming at first. But thankfully, Greg was there to help me through the process during a very hot seller’s market. On one occasion, when I was trying to go to a showing my car didn’t start and as soon as I told Greg, he rushed out to help me diagnose and fix it. Turned out to be a loose battery connection. We made it to the showing only a few minutes late. This act of kindness showcases the kind of person that Greg is.
