We have worked with Mary on multiple properties and had a great experience each time! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. We have nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. We have recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so!

I can’t believe how quick the entire home buying process was with Mary. Two months ago I was only toying around with the idea of purchasing. Mary popped up and immediately showed me a condo I was interested in. She set me up with loan agents, and before I even knew it, less than two months later, I am officially a homeowner. She was so pleasant and professional, and one of the hardest workers that I have ever met.

Mary and her team at Elite Realty are by far the easiest group to work with. Mary has her finger on the pulse of the market in our area and she knows what the market trends are. She shares that knowledge with her staff as they are more than capable of taking over a task and getting it completed. Elite is not a 9-5 business. Mary has made several meetings that were outside normal business hours and has even re-arranged personal plans to meet our needs. Mary has helped us not only list 3 homes but helped us find new ones. She asks all the right questions to pinpoint what we are looking for so there are no wasted showings. Mary has strong ties to the realty industry and knows who is looking for what. In the three homes we have listed with Elite we have only had our home listed for a couple of weeks and she made the closing process a breeze. We will always use Mary and her team at Elite!

We had been trying to find our future home in the Chippewa valley for several years. The market was challenging with homes going o the market and disappearing quickly with offers. After finding out our family was going to grow with a new grandchild, we knew the time was right and finding a home in the area was very important. So one Saturday morning in early July we discovered a new construction home in the area, and Elite Realty was available to show us the home that day. Mary Rufledt showed us the home and both she and her staff were so helpful in the entire process. We couldn’t be more happy with our experience working with Mary and her team!

I would like to say Mary Was very quick to respond to my request for information she was very professional throughout the entire transaction and I appreciate working with her

My husband I were amazed with how fast the purchase moved along. Mary and her team were on top of every detail. We are very satisfied with how everything went. Everyone made it so easy for us to get to our end goal. Our dream.

It was a great experience working with Mary and her team. I appreciated her professionalism and experience. I especially appreciated how only buyers that were pre-approved for lending were able to view my home as it reassured us that only serious buyers would be invited in. She wrote the most beautiful description and the pictures taken really did reflect the story space. I couldn’t have asked for better communication. I was always in the know and she responded very quickly to any of my calls or emails. I would recommend her to anyone!

When I decided to sell my home I contacted Elite Reality Group and was fortunate to be able to work with the owner Mary Rufledt. She explained how the process would develop from the beginning to the actual sale and closing. Everything progressed exactly the way she had described. I could not be more happy with the results. I highly recommend that you consider using Elite Reality Group for your future real estate needs.

Mary gave us confidence that we receiving the best information and guidance through the purchase of one home and the sale of another. I would rate her as the best realtor in Eau Claire and perhaps the most hardworking. We felt like friends and not just clients.

I have worked with Mary for years on all my real estate purchases and sales. I trust her judgement and she always has her clients best interest before anything else. Yes she’s a top realtor but that doesn’t drive her. Helping people drives her. She always gives back to the community and helps people no one else will take the time to work with because there’s no money in it. That matters to me when I am choosing who I work with. With Mary I get both a conscientious realtor who knows her job well works hard to make sure I make a solid investment.

Mary and her team were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in dealing with the sale of my home. I have used elite realty before due to the inadequate performance of the realtor i had. And Mary took care of all issues and sold that house too. I recommend Elite to all those interested in buying or selling a home.

Mary has extensive knowledge of the local area and of WI in general. She listens carefully and alerts you to the pros and cons of each property. On short notice Mary set up a viewing schedule of 4 properties in one morning then coordinated a meeting with sellers for detailed questions. When we were ready to make an offer Mary stopped her schedule to help us shape and submit it. Mary has a lot of real estate experience and understands this market. She gives good advice and has many connections to get you through the home buying process successfully. When we had concerns with other parties in the sale Mary quickly followed up with them to clear up confusing situations. Mary Rufledt is a great realtor and we highly recommend.
