Mary is at the top of her game! She knows the market, is professional and skilled at getting the best offer for her clients. She and her team helped us navigate the selling process so that we had our house ready to sell quickly and get our asking price. We highly recommend Mary Rufledt!
Mary and her team were great to work with. They answered my texts and calls fast, even on weekends! I really appreciated how quick she was to get me information on the houses we showed, and she set up showings around my schedule whenever I wanted to see something. She even followed up after close to make sure I had all the information and detail I needed. Buying a house is stressful, but she made it a lot easier and smoother then my previous experiences. I Would absolutely use her again!
Mary Rufledt gave us exceptional service during our home selling experience. She listened attentively to our time frame and ensured that our house was sale ready. Mary and her team responded quickly to our inquiries. She was knowledgeable about the market and very helpful in navigating multiple showings and offers that occurred within a day of listing our home. As we were moving out of state, she generously connected us with a realtor in the Twin Cities. We were fortunate to have Mary support us in our real estate journey!
Mary and her team are wonderful to work with! They are excellent communicators and so prompt in every way! Can’t recommend her enough!
Mary and her staff communicated with us through emails, text messages and telephone calls throughout the process. The high level of professionalism demonstrated by the entire team at Elite Realty was impressive. We felt secure knowing we had once again chosen the perfect team to sell our home. This is our second home Mary has sold for us. Mary presented our property very well with several open houses and private showings. We are grateful for all the effort and dedication in selling our property. The perfect buyer was found and the sale was completed as well as we could have expected. We are forever grateful to Mary and her team at Elite Realty!
Mary and her team were very diligent about getting us the information we were looking for during the home buying process. As soon as they got answers they let us know. From beginning to end of the house buying journey they were on our team to get us in a property. Couldn't recommend a better team to be working with.
Me and my wife looked at a lot of homes trying to find the right one and Mary and her team were wonderful to work with! Being flexible with showings, giving us good advice on if the home was worth what the seller was asking. All around it was a good experience!
Mary & her team were very professional from the very beginning through to closing! We would choose her again in a heartbeat. Very knowledgable, friendly & knows her business very well. Everyone on her team were exceptional. Great company.
Mary and her team are very professional and trustworthy. We trusted them to do the heavy lifting and it allowed us to focus on all the other details of moving.
