Angela: 1. ????, She knows what are the good points of a house, what are the cons of it, the house can be sold quickly ( within two weeks, for example ), or it could be on the market for a while .... from the regions to the houses, she knows .... 2. ?????????? Every little bit of thinking the customer has, she will put in 100% of her thought. and She even thought more items than what I thought of, especially when you come to a place which you might not know very well, however, you can depend on her to think all aspects for you. 3. ??????, great great help during negotiating the price. very smart with so much experience, negotiating the price to how much and explaining to you why/the reasons. In deed, excellent! I've had several realtor agents in the past 15 years, she is the best!
