Having opposite work schedules probably wasn't easy but Ramon, Matthew, and their team worked with us in getting a great new home as well as selling our old home. Amazing work ethic and knowledge that Ramon with his 29 years has on his craft made the process smooth as can be because he goes over everything with you and I even learned aspects of the real estate business from him... and when he says you'll get an offer on the house your selling your going to get an offer, the first weekend we had an open house an offer was made! The current stay at home situation (Corona-Virus) probably would've stopped some realtors from continuing but Ramon didn't he kept working hard and nonstop but also going about it the safe way going over stuff and giving us his honest opinion on things thru zoom meetings to keep the process going smoothly and which in the end resulted in him helping us get a great new home that the whole family is stoked about!! So if you are looking to sell your home or looking for a new one I would totally recommend going to Ramon and his team!
