From the beginning he was very thorough. He explained to us the whole process, we are first time home buyers and he made it very easy to understand the process. Right away we were getting listings of houses/townhouses/condos. He understood what we were looking for, for us location was key! He was familiar with different areas and knew a lot about them. One thing that we really liked was that he worked with our schedules. Whether it was early morning or later afternoon he made it possible to look at different locations. The whole process seemed so easy because he is very experienced and has done this for years. Something I asked him was if it was possible to buy a house before my baby was born, that was in two months. He right away said that was very possible and thats exactly what he did! Our experience with Ramon was a great one. We almost made the mistake of going with another agent that wanted to sell the house as is and under the value of the house. Ramon however was persistent and convinced us to go with him. He helped us fix our home and get it ready for sale. One thing that sets Ramon apart is that he has a well established plan and has proven to be very successful. Every part of the process was enjoyable. Even when our first offer fell out of escrow due to issues with the potential buyers, Ramon already proactively got us another offer that was ready to go and did not present any issues. Ramon and his team were great! They helped guide me through my first home purchase and were extremely helpful in explaining the entire process each step of the way.
