Howdy there! My name is Preston Richardson. I appreciate you stopping by my website to get to know me a little bit. During my time in real estate, one thing that has been made clear is having the right agent on your side is paramount to a successful transaction. There are a lot of moving parts in the sale or purchase of a home and having someone to navigate these moving parts is a necessity. I believe that education and growth are important. I am a Pricing Strategy Advisor and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor, I work with you to develop a plan to price the home appropriately thus gaining you top dollar in the market. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I am trained to help our maturing population make a plan with their most valuable financial asset giving them the reassurance and peace of mind to make that next decision in their life. I have always had a love of helping people. At the age of 12, I joined my local rescue squad in my hometown where I am still a member today. This instilled in me at an early age the love of helping others. I take the lessons I learned then and apply them to my life today. Helping people gain access to generational wealth truly warms my heart and I am so grateful that I get to wake-up everyday and help folks achieve this. When I am not in the office, you can either find me in nature hiking, mountain biking, running or hanging with my friend group enjoying time with each other.
