From beginning to the end Ms Precious was informing me with all negotiations. She prayed for me, advised me. When the going was hard, she kept calm and professional. She truly represented me well.
Choosing Precious Waters as the Realtor to sell my house resulted in a superb experience. Precious Waters presented herself as a blend of Professional, Personable and Focused on the smallest details in the process of selling a house that is also a home. From screening potential buyers, gaining knowledge about the house in order to market it, identifying best price point, assuring care of the house during showing to representing my best interest, Precious Waters exhibited full commitment to the sell of my home. I highly recommend Precious Waters as a Realtor committed to excellence.
