moving out of town made the process more complicated. Poupee undertook all the negotiations and process with the realtor from the other location. she worked to be sure that the sale and purchase were accomplished. Poupee took care of the escrow company and my lender when there was any delay and question. she went beyond what would be expected from a realtor. she was always available for questions and transactions with a very timely response. i would recommend her with any reservation.
