Poupee did a great job helping us sell our house!

My dad hired Poupee before he passed. He was 79 and a retired CPA, so he was hesitant when he first met her but it didn’t take long for him to see and realize she has the knowledge and experience of a successful real estate agent. Unfortunately my dad passed in the middle of selling his house, and I was met with some challenges from dealing with his estate; Poupee guided me throughout the whole process. She was very comforting, and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. We successfully sold my dad’s house within weeks without a hitch. She sold the house in a timely manner and was very quick to answer my texts and phone calls every time I needed her.

Poupee was the listing agent for my home I sold in Santa Monica. She is an honest and knowledgeable realtor but with no pressure which can be an unusual combination. Selling and or buying can be a stressful time but her calm manor made it less stressful. He communication and negotiation skills are top notch. I recently told a friend, this is when you find out how good your agent really is. Anyone can list your house but not everyone can negotiate the deal and look out for your best interests. I feel she was able to work out a fair deal for me and kept my best interests at heart. At the same time I felt I she negotiated a fair deal for both myself and the buyer. This is the 2nd time Poupee sold my home/income property in L.A. County. I can't recommend her enough. She is an amazing person 1st and foremost which makes her an outstanding agent. What a great customer experience from start to finish. Poupee from our initial call was warm and friendly. She understood the reasons for our home sell and the timeframe we were looking to move.
