Very Knowledgeable in the market field. Excellent communication skill and very, very professional.
I could not have met a more professional and knowledgeable realtor. She is soft spoken but with depth. She is patient and gave me the time and space I needed to view the homes that I visited. I was able to text her about any concerns I had and she would replied in a timely manner. Ms. Porchia made sure that I was happy with the home I purchased. She did not rush me in making a decision. The HOA system was a complex issue for me and Ms. Porchia did an excellent job helping me navigate the system and understanding their requirements. Thank you Ms. Poechia for the empathy and kindness shown to me and my family, wish I was able to buy another home so we could go house hunting again.
