Even before coming down here, Polly went and toured a few house for us and gave us valuable feedback on how the houses are versus the pictures we saw on Redfin. So far the best expirience with a realtor. Polly Rogers really care for you and make sure all is correct for buyer and seller. Her AFTER sales service is however the most amazing. I my case I had serious troubles with the HOA both before the sale and after . She stayed on the case for both seller (me) and buyer and spend minimum 100 hours to solve all issues .WITHOUT asking one penny for Polly .
