Working with Polly was a pleasure. She did everything in her power to create a positive experience for me. She brought with her complete knowledge of the state requirements regarding condo’s as well as the ability to coordinate both the seller (Me) and the buyer without the process jumping track or creating an emergency. Her understanding and control of the sale helped me to focus on my job, which was to pack and move on to a new chapter in my life. I met Polly at an open house where she determined my ultimate plan was to sell my condo. She followed up with me twice and when I decided to list of course I called her without hesitation, because I felt she cared and would go out of her way to sell my condo.
