As a couple buying our first home, Polly made the home process very easy. With both of us working jobs that require 40+ hours a week and family that that takes up most of any free time we have, she carried us through finding ways to save money. I signed with Compass Realty in Nov of 23. Polly and I clicked immediately. From that day forward she was devoted to me and the sale of my mother's condo. At that time we were both anticipating a quick sale at a fair price. Things didn't quite work out that easy. In Jan the maintenance/ HOA monthly fee was increased by $125. That was on top of a separate assessment fee of $130. Polly's contract expired in May and I sadly was was forced to turn to the quick sale investors. But Polly still didn't quit!! She brought me a buyer even after her contract had expired. I gained a fair amount, a quick closing and a good friend. Thank you, Polly for all of your extra hard work!!!
Polly's professionalism was exceptional. When I cancelled another contract with her, she still worked above and beyond to help me with the condo I finally purchased. Her patience, knowledge, and ability to follow through with all my requests made the purchase less stressful than I had anticipated. The smile in her photo was ever present in person. Polly took me on a tour of the city and possible options I would be interested in while I was in town in May getting ready to transfer with my company to St. Petersburg. Of course the transfer took longer than expected but she stayed in touch with me during the long four month process. Then we FaceTimed several occasions to look at other houses. She knew what I was looking for from my visit & always would email & text to let me know something new was on the market I might like! After many personal hurdles to get transferred, Polly found the PERFECT HOUSE and location to fit my needs! I would highly recommend Polly!
