Polly also went "above and beyond" helping us find other reputable businesses. Including but not limited to HVAC, Painters, Insurance Companies & Pest Control specialists, ALL good recommendations. There is no doubt that I would use Polly again, we adore Polly, she was my third and hands down BEST realtor in our endeavor to find a condo in St Pete, FL. She made us feel like we were her top priority & she was a pleasure to spend time with.

polly's experience or knowlege of the market was also good. she got me full market value for my house, even after i said "no way" but she came through. her communication with me was always open be it my text or phone. she just did not answer my question but explain why. always helpful even with me getting my house ready for the sale, even help me move dressers down stairs. above and beyond the call of duty. to answer the question of professionalism, polly was spot on. i would recommmend polly any day of the week!
