If my wife and I could construct the perfect real estate agent it would be Pilar. She is: caring, quickly responds to emails and voicemails, warm, amazingly knowledgeable about all things real estate, ethical, and pleasantly aggressive on her clients behalf. What I mean is: Pilar priced the house higher than we expected and we got our asking price The safest thing for a real estate agent to do, for their interest, is to not price a house aggressively so they can make a quick sale and commission.
