I'm glad I went with Pier! Not only did he deal with my indecisiveness but also understood and explained the pros and cons and made me feel very comfortable with my first home buyer experience! I've know him for many years and I'm glad that when I was ready to buy he made my experience that much better. Pier also negotiated a great deal for me!!! I am an out of state buyer with family in Austin. Over the years I’ve kept an eye on a small group of 13 stand alone Condo’s in River Place for purchase as a 2nd home. Recently on a family visit to Austin I noticed a condo with a for sale sign and called and connected with Pier Physco. Pier was simply available to me day and night for problem solving and I doubt I could have closed the sale without his commitment and dedication.
