It is with great pleasure that I write this unsolicited Review for Phyllis. She recently helped with acquisition of a residential property and needles to say the whole transaction was seamless. Phyllis was courteous, punctual and professional. Offered valuable insight. Her response to text and call was prompt. I highly recommend Phyllis and Will work with her again in future.

Phyllis is a GREAT realtor. She takes the time to get to know her client and their needs. She is honest in her assessment of properties, and won't wast your time with properties that are either out of your price range or unsuitable. She is readily available, communication is instant, and she is extremely knowledgeable of the local market. The whole buying process was a breeze with her. She follows up on the little details after the sale, as well. You won't find anyone better or easier to work with.
