Phyllis is a GREAT realtor. She takes the time to get to know her client and their needs. She is honest in her assessment of properties, and won't wast your time with properties that are either out of your price range or unsuitable. She is readily available, communication is instant, and she is extremely knowledgeable of the local market. The whole buying process was a breeze with her.
