BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a new construction home from Phylesia Mintz through her company Handsome Homes LLC. She was very difficult to deal with, closing was postponed 60 days because they couldn't get their act together. Worst of all, 1.5 years into living in this brand new home, we suffered a major water leak due to their incompetence. This has resulted in over $80,000 in damage. I can't put words into how big of a nightmare this has been. Phylesia and her construction company cut every corner possible during construction. They build their homes out of bubble gum and popsicle sticks.
