Whether it was the multiple problems the HOA threw in our way, the repairs I had to do post buyer inspection, or some ghost in the machine from one house visit to the next, if a repair was needed, Phillis was there to notify me, guide me, &/or to recommend or call someone to get that ghost taken care of.
