As a proud resident of Loxahatchee Groves since 1989, I am not only a Realtor—I am your neighbor. I am an active member of both the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and the National Association of Realtors®, and I take great pride in representing residential, equine, and agricultural properties throughout Loxahatchee Groves and the surrounding western communities of Palm Beach County. Phillis Maniglia is fantastic

Phillis was with me every step, and I mean every step, of the way it took to pull this sale off. Whether it was the multiple problems the HOA threw in our way, the repairs I had to do post buyer inspection, or some ghost in the machine from one house visit to the next, if a repair was needed, Phillis was there to notify me, guide me, &/or to recommend or call someone to get that ghost taken care of. She kept her cool and handled this sale in a completely professional manner. I have told Phillis that if I do a winter stay I will call her, and only her, because that is the trust and faith I have in Phillis' experience and my experience with Phillis.
