My brother and I were looking to buy a single family home in Clairemont as our first rental property. My brother did not reside in the San Diego Area and only met Phillip once during the initial process of picking out a home. Philip was well aware that once he flew into SD we were not going to have a lot of time. He spent half a day driving around to 7 different houses and printed all of the information on these homes for us. He was always well prepared and courteous to our time. We just cannot say enough about Phil. It takes a special person to handle my families crazy antics. This was our second time working with Phil. We purchased a condo 2 years ago in North Park and had a fabulous experience. When we decided it was time to cut ties with our new place and find a new home, it didn't matter how many recommendation we got from other people, Phil was still our guy. We came back to him and have never been disappointed. Selling a home and buying a new one is always a stressful event, but having Phil as our realtor actually made the process go as smoothly as possible. My husband and I have a crazy schedule and Phil was always available to look at the umpteen million homes we threw at him. He gave actual true feelings on places when we were unsure and that is hard to come by. A lot of people will actually just say anything to please you but he was honest. And we appreciate that.
