Phillip was key in helping us through the escrow process and stepped up to make certain we closed in as timely a manner as possible. To sum up, Phillip is cool, calm, competent, and learned and we are more than happy to share our appreciation of his skills and his friendly manner.

Having used Phillip the third time for my own transactions and at least twice with family and friends I can say that each time he handled the whole process very professionally. Proactive and clear communication, good assessment on what could or should be done, speedy replies to any questions one might have as well as a good understanding of special needs a seller might have. Able to work well together with other parties of the transaction, such as escrow, title or 1031 accommodators.
