About Phillip

When you’re looking to make one of the biggest decisions of your life, you want to have someone on your side who truly cares. After spending much of my life in service to others, I am thrilled to now help people as their trusted real estate agent. My passion for serving others has led me to careers with the U.S. Coast Guard for 8 years, and working with churches and non-profit organizations for 24 years. I have been honored to lead families during life-changing occasions, and I approach real estate with the same personal connection and dedication to my clients looking to buy or sell a home. When I’m not busy taking care of my clients, I love spending time on coastal waters with my family for some boating, fishing or kayaking. My wife Jennifer and I have been married 31 years and have two amazing young adult children, Allie and Jake, along with our beloved Yorkie, Ella Rose. Living in North Carolina my entire life, I have unique insights into the local markets and bring a personal connection to the buying and selling process.
