Phillip Booghier is a top notch professional. He knows “The Pinery” and is a member of the club. He provided us with immeasurable feedback on ways to market our home. His assessments of value were right on, and he brought unique ideas to us, that we and others had not thought about. His marketing data and assessment of value were top notch. We knew some things needed to be repaired and Phillip helped us prioritize what was necessary. We received constant feedback on showings, price points, competition, etc. Our transaction was atypical, since neither party were in-state residents, but Phillip worked hard to make it easy on us. He was attentive to our needs, easy to contact and I never had to wait unreasonably long periods of time to hear back.

Phillip was our listing agent for a house we sold in the Pinery. Our overall experience was excellent. We decided to move across country to NC prior to listing so were a bit nervous about being so far away. Phillip was right on target with the pricing and his familiarity with the neighborhood. Of course there were a few issues that cropped up as with any home sale. Phillip was right on top of it. Excellent communication via text, phone, and email. Photography and staging were high quality and showings went well with high traffic volume due to internet and social media. We went to contract in a few days with a full price offer with some very modest concessions. There were a small number of inspection items that Phillip handled well. Unfortunately, the first buyer's mortgage fell apart just a couple days before closing despite assurances from the lender that things were progressing. That is not a reflection on Phillip, just one of those unfortunate things. He jumped right on the problem, had the house relisted that day, and restaged prior to another round of showings. Fortunately he was able to find another buyer and we closed not too long after, negotiating using the initial inspection report as guidance and skillfully negotiating a contract that was also full price with some small concessions again. Just a couple final comments: - Phillip treated us like we were his only clients, was very respectful and had a constant positive "can do" attitude throughout the sale. - He took care of a few minor items himself that other agents may have handed off to someone else. It's sometimes the little things that can make or break a sale. - We had high confidence throughout our experience he would get the job done and exceeded our expectations on service quality. - We have moved multiple times using both other listing and buyers agents and Phillip is the best agent we have worked with over the years. We give Phillip our highest personal recommendations as a listing agent.

Phillip has a team of contractors he works with and was able to quickly get us bids so that we could assess the risks with real numbers. Phillip did a great job of assisting us with a mutually acceptable settlement. Phillip drew up the plans and even went with us to pull the building permit to put it all on track to become a permitted, finished basement. Phillip continued to work with the contractor and offer guidance well past our close date. Phillip's expertise as a real estate agent and as a project construction manager was invaluable.
