Phillip was very spot on with market numbers, and spot on with other agents; i.e., he did not cave in to unreasonable tactics to lower the price; he made informative suggestions on price and concessions. We feel that we got a fair price our house. Phillip represented us, not himself, in knowing the market and other agents. He was quick to answer any concerns and when the first offer fell through, he immediately contacted previous buyers who had shown an interest and within 5 days we had another offer. All in all the house sold fairly quickly and for a fair price. it could not have gone any smoother and we would totally recommend Phillip to anyone buying or selling a house.
