I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Philip Wood to anyone. After having a realtor for 3 years that failed to find me a home, I contacted Philip and within a few months I was closing on a home. Philip was wonderful to work with and kept up with our crazy style and location changes. Our sellers were a bit difficult when it came to finally closing, but Philip stuck with us and helped us get our home!

Philip was great to work with. He met up with us nemerous times to check in on progress and from the very beginning was upfront about the numbers we could expect from our sale. He answered all of our questions (there were a lot) and always got us answers quickly.
