I typically work 50+ hours a week and he was able to show me every house I was interested in on my time. After looking at a number of houses, I bought a great home and I would definitely use Philip again.
We were first referred to Philip when he still worked with property management to help us find a rental property. After a year of renting, we used Philip to buy our first house. We knew when it came time to sell, we were definitely going back to him! While we were only in this house for 2 years, we loved it! However, the market was too hot to not sell and we needed to move closer to our farm. Selling certainly was a different type of stress than buying, but Philip saw us through and helped us get top dollar for our neighborhood! Even with a few hiccups along the way, we entertained multiple offers and can't thank Philip enough for dealing with some crazy buyers' agents along the way. We cannot recommend Philip enough. He's motivated, knows his stuff, and puts together a great package to help sell your house!

He kept updating the list for us so we knew exactly which homes were available. That was vital in this market and allowed us to see homes that had just been listed and kept us from spending time looking into a home that was no longer available. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Philip helped us by asking questions and listening to our responses. Our closing was speedy and efficient, and the closing agent even commented that it went so smoothly in large part because of the attention to detail Philip had. Whether we walked into an empty home or a home that was currently occupied, Philip was able to help us see the potential for our family and also helped us spot potential challenges to be aware of. Philip was wonderful to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, as evidenced by the way he walked us through the properties we visited. He was so responsive to our every question, and so professional in interactions with us and other people (seller’s agent, seller, home inspector, closing agent, etc) throughout our home purchasing experience. The respect they had for Philip was evident. This was just further confirmation that we had selected the right person to work with!
